Yumefit Studio is expanding its training options, and now you can also experience yoga classes with the inspiring instructor Marleen. Marleen is an experienced guide whose classes blend physical practice with mental balance. Her calm, supportive, and attentive teaching style helps each participant discover the deeper meaning of yoga – whether your goal is to increase flexibility, reduce stress, or simply be present in the moment.

What is yoga?
Yoga is an ancient mind and body practice that combines physical exercises, breathing techniques, and mindful presence. Yoga helps improve posture, increase body awareness, reduce stress, and strengthen both body and mind. It is a perfect balance to a fast-paced daily life and complements EMS training beautifully.

Classes take place in small groups – up to 4 people, allowing for a more personalized approach and attention to each participant. If desired, you can also attend private sessions to focus on your individual needs and development.

Each yoga class lasts 1 hour.
Classes are suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners.

You will need comfortable clothing that supports movement and is comfortable, stretchy, and breathable. Everything else is provided at the studio!
