In Japanese, "yume" (夢) means dream. It can refer both to literal dreams experienced during sleep and to figurative dreams, such as aspirations or hopes for the future.

The name Yumefit Studio comes from the Japanese word "yume," which is translated as a dream, dreaming, fulfilling dreams, or striving for dreams.

Our studio, which officially opened its doors on December 9, 2024, also relates to this word.

Our goal and mission are set on finding solutions, helping, and motivating. For this, we use various innovative services such as EMS training, different body treatments, and nutritional counseling.

Yumefit Studio is built on the form of personal training, which means that every client's story, development, and plan is completely individual, and that's how we approach it.

We are here to help fulfill everyone's dreams of finding their true potential and best appearance!

— Yours, Yumefit

The heart of our studio!

Triin's goal is to set physical and mental health as a priority, uniting them with sports and a healthy lifestyle.

Our bodies are made for movement, our minds to be invigorated, and training to shape us exactly into the person we have idealized for ourselves. Everything is possible if we give it a chance and take that step towards a better and healthier self.

I am more than certain that we all have that motivation, that little bug, that helps us improve our quality of life. That motivation can be a coach who helps you find yourself, set goals together, and have the will to reach the peak of the iceberg. I am very grateful that I can be that helping hand to get there."

Kettli is a child of nature from Saaremaa who spends every free moment by the sea and in nature, discovering new places. Her cheerful disposition, attentive guidance, and supportive energy do not go unnoticed.

"I believe that training should not come from self-criticism, but from self-care. When we start listening to and valuing our bodies, movement becomes something more than just physical development; it becomes a way of taking care of ourselves. My goal is to help people notice their strengths, not their weaknesses."
