Are the impulses painful?
No, the impulses should not be painful. If you feel pain, discomfort, or muscle cramps, the impulses are set too high. Training through pain can do you more harm than good.
Do I need to bring anything with me to my booked session?
You don’t have to bring anything at all – you can literally come with your hands in your pockets, since we provide everything you need for the training/procedure as well as shower products. However, you may want to bring a change of clothes to wear after showering and some entertainment for the procedures – a book, tablet, headphones, etc.
I have a permanent/temporary injury, can I still train?
First, you should always consult with your doctor to better understand what level of strain your body can handle. Together with our trainer, we will then create the most suitable training plan for you. In short – the answer is, of course, yes!
What sizes are your suits available in?
Our suits are available in sizes XXS–XXL.
Should I arrive earlier than my booked time?
It is recommended to arrive at least 5 minutes earlier, but it’s fine if you arrive exactly on time. However, please keep in mind that if you arrive late, the duration of your training may be shortened.
Can I do EMS training every day?
Training every day would put too much strain on your body, so we strongly recommend leaving recovery breaks between sessions. There must be at least 48 hours between two workouts, and we recommend training no more than 3 times per week.
How often should I train to see results?
Consistency and healthy nutrition are key – combined with training 2–3 times a week, this is the best formula to see fast results. To further enhance and accelerate the results, we also recommend checking out our body treatments.
Is one session/procedure enough to see results?
Definitely not, so patience is needed. You will feel the difference in your wellbeing immediately, but visible changes in appearance will only come with time, consistent training, and self-care. We recommend completing at least one course (8–10 sessions) to see noticeable results.
Can I bring a friend with me?
Absolutely! Up to 4 people can train at the same time (only 3 in fat-burning training due to the number of cardio machines). You can purchase the training and book your time easily on our website. For package offers, feel free to contact us, or we can discuss it together in the studio after your first session.
Alternatively, each person can purchase their own package individually – that way you don’t have to skip your training if your partner cannot attend.
As for treatments, it is only possible to combine them with the infrared mat, since the other treatments are all performed with a single machine.
My babysitter canceled. Do I need to cancel my session?
Not at all! Feel free to bring your child along – we’ll make sure they have activities and company. Together we’ll find a way to make sure your training still gets done. As long as neither you nor your child have any viral symptoms (vomiting, diarrhea), you’re both very welcome.
