EMS training is a 20-minute intensive workout assisted by electrical impulses.
While in a traditional gym you need to perform specific exercises to activate individual muscles, working only one muscle group at a time, EMS training engages the entire body throughout the session, regardless of the exercise. The only body parts that do not receive direct electrical stimulation are the calves, feet, forearms, and head – from the trapezius to the knees, the whole body is simultaneously engaged.
EMS training effectively helps to:
- reduce body weight and fat percentage,
- achieve a flat stomach, a slimmer waist, and a toned body,
- strengthen the back and relieve back pain,
- alleviate headaches and migraines,
- reduce cellulite and improve skin firmness,
- correct muscle imbalances,
- reduce muscle tension,
- support post-injury rehabilitation (can replace physiotherapy),
- accelerate post-workout recovery,
- increase muscle mass and improve maximal strength,
- boost metabolism and aid in toxin elimination.
The workout is always conducted by a personal trainer, who guides and supports you throughout the session. Additionally, you do not need to work with the same trainer every time, as all our trainers are familiar with each client’s individual training plan.
EMS suits are available in all sizes!
Up to 4 people can train simultaneously. To purchase a package, contact us or we can provide an offer on-site at the studio. Alternatively, each person can get their own personal package – so you won’t have to skip a session if your partner cannot attend.
You can arrive for your scheduled session empty-handed – all training essentials, including hygiene products, are provided!
The package is valid for 3 months from the date of your first session.
